The EAD recently held an open training session for careers in European instituions on February 20th and 21st. The session included lectures from Julie Leprêtre (Centre of European Studies in Strasbourg / l’ENA), Justyna Słodek-Wahlström (FRONTEX UE Agency), Anita Janusz (Department of Coordination of Poland’s Presidency of EU Council, Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and Kinga Schlesinger (European Commission, Representation in Poland), among others.
Over 40 participants interested in professional careers in European institutions or cooperation with the upcoming 2011 Polish presidency of the EU took part in the training session. The lectures outlined the most important aspects of the EU's employment policy and gave practical advice for exams and recruitment interviews.
The next edition of the training session is planned for December 11th and 12th, 2010 at EAD. More on "Working for the EU" training |
