The European Academy of Diplomacy operates the following educational programmes:

• Academy of Young Diplomats- an annual educational programme preparing senior-year students and recent graduates for careers in Polish foreign service, Polish civil service, European institutions and international organizations.
• Open trainings - a wide range of courses open to those hoping to improve their skills in the fields of diplomatic protocol, savoir vivre, public speaking and intercultural communication, particularly for those who would like to work for European institutions and/or Polish foreign service.
• In-company trainings - competence training and excursions offered in conjunction with individual private and public institutions.
• U.S.-Poland Parliamentary Youth Leadership Exchange Program - a month-long exchange program for Polish and American high school youth run jointly by the U.S. and Polish governments.
